This policy explains what cookies the website uses ezi.bg, what they are used for and how to manage your consent. The website administrator is „FINKO BUL“ Ltd, UIC 130177438, with address: Sofia 1000, 14 Tsarigradsko Shose Boulevard, Block 11, Entrance B, email team@ezi.bg.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that are stored in your browser when you visit a website. They allow the website to recognise you the next time you load a page — for example, to remember what you’ve added to your basket or which language you’re viewing the content in.

In addition to cookies, the website also uses similar browser storage technologies (local storage and session storage), to which the same policy applies.

2. Categories of cookies

2.1. Required

Without them, the website cannot function. They maintain the shopping basket, your session when placing an order and your language selection, and they remember your cookie preferences. These cookies are set on the basis of legitimate interest and do not require consent.

2.2. Functional

They remember preferences that make using the website more convenient — for example, your last chosen collection point or the status of open sections.

2.3. Statistics

They help us understand how the website is used in general terms — which pages are viewed and where visitors come from. They are only set once you have given your consent.

2.4. Marketing

They are used to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and to display relevant messages. They are only placed with your consent.

3. Specific biscuits

Statistics and marketing

At present, the website does not set any statistical or marketing cookies. Should such cookies be introduced, they will only be loaded once explicit consent has been given via the cookie banner, and this page will be updated with the specific names, providers and expiry dates.

4. How to manage your consent

When you visit the site for the first time, a banner appears allowing you to select which categories you accept. You can change your selection at any time via the link „Cookie settings“ in the website’s footer.

The withdrawal of consent applies from now on and does not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out prior to that.
