2. Subject matter
These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between „FINCO BUL“ Ltd, hereinafter referred to as Sales assistant, and any person who uses the ezi.bg website or places an order via it, hereinafter referred to as Client.
By placing an order, the Customer confirms that they have read these General Terms and Conditions and accept them in full.
3. Products
The seller offers physical investment gold — bars and coins produced by refineries accredited to the LBMA Good Delivery standard. Each product is accompanied by an original certificate and, where applicable, a unique serial number.
The images on this website are for illustrative purposes only. There may be minor differences in the packaging or design of the range, which do not affect the weight or purity of the product.
4. Prices
The prices on the website are in euros and are calculated based on the current market price of gold at the time of calculation, plus a mark-up depending on the weight of the product. Consequently, prices are updated automatically every 10 minutes and may fluctuate throughout the day.
The price of the order is fixed as soon as the Seller confirms the order. At this stage, the price shown on the website is indicative and subject to change.
If the price has changed significantly between the time the order is placed and the time it is confirmed, the Seller will contact the Customer and the order will only be processed once the new price has been expressly confirmed.
5. VAT regime
Supplies of investment gold are exempt from value added tax pursuant to Articles 160–173 of the Value Added Tax Act, in accordance with Directive 98/80/EC. The exemption applies to ingots with a fineness of not less than 995/1000 and to coins with a fineness of not less than 900/1000, which are recognised as legal tender and were minted after 1800.
For every transaction, the Customer receives a legally issued document.
6. Order and conclusion of the contract
- The customer selects products and places an order via the website, providing their name, telephone number, email address and the office where they wish to collect the order.
- The customer automatically receives confirmation that the order has been accepted for processing. This confirmation does not constitute a contract.
- A member of the Seller’s staff contacts the Customer, confirms availability and the final price, and arranges a date and time for collection.
- The contract shall be deemed to have been concluded upon such confirmation.
The seller reserves the right to refuse an order if the item is out of stock, if there is an obvious technical error in the price, or if the seller is unable to contact the Customer using the contact details provided.
7. Receipt
All orders must be collected in person from one of the Seller’s offices. The Seller does not deliver to addresses.
Upon collection, the Customer must present proof of identity. An order may only be collected by a third party if they have been granted an explicit written power of attorney.
The order will be held at the selected branch for up to 5 working days after the agreed date. After this period, the Seller is entitled to cancel it.
The current list of offices is published on the page Locations.
8. Payment
Payment is made on collection at the office — in cash or by card on the spot.
Cash payments are accepted up to the limit set out in the Law on the Restriction of Cash Payments. Transactions exceeding this limit must be paid for by bank transfer or by card.
Ownership of the product passes to the Customer upon full payment of the price.
9. Right of withdrawal
The right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply to the products on this website.
Under Article 57(2) of the Consumer Protection Act, a consumer is not entitled to withdraw from a contract for the supply of goods whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market, which are beyond the trader’s control and which may occur during the withdrawal period. The price of investment gold is determined by the market rate and falls within this exception.
This does not limit the Customer’s rights in the event of a lack of conformity of the goods, as described in the following section, nor the option to sell the product back to the Seller under the terms of buyback.
10. Complaints and non-conformity
The customer may make a complaint if the product received does not match what was ordered — for example, if the weight, fineness or manufacturer is different, or if the original packaging is damaged.
Complaints must be made in person at the office upon receipt or in writing to team@ezi.bg, attaching the transaction document. The seller must reply within 30 days.
As investment gold is a standardised product with guaranteed fineness and weight, a claim cannot be based on a change in the market price following purchase.
11. Buy-back
The seller buys back products from its own range at the current market price at the time of the transaction. The terms and conditions are set out on page Buyback.
12. Measures to combat money laundering
As a trader in precious metals, the Seller applies the measures set out in the Anti-Money Laundering Act. In the case of certain transactions specified by law, the Seller is obliged to verify the Customer’s identity and to collect the relevant data and copies of documents.
A refusal to provide the data required by law constitutes grounds for refusing to conclude the transaction.
13. Liability
The seller accepts no liability for the Client’s investment decisions. The information, analyses and materials on the website are for information purposes only and do not constitute investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell.
The value of precious metals may rise or fall. Past performance is no guarantee of future results.
14. Intellectual property
The content of this website — including text, images, the logo and the site structure — is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without the Seller’s written consent.
15. Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in Privacy Policy, and the use of cookies — in Cookie Policy.
16. Amendments
The seller may amend these General Terms and Conditions. The current version is published on this page, along with the date of the last update. For orders that have already been confirmed, the terms and conditions in force at the time of confirmation shall apply.
17. Governing law and disputes
Bulgarian law shall apply to any matters not covered herein.
Disputes shall be resolved by mutual agreement. If no agreement can be reached, the Customer may refer the matter to the Consumer Protection Commission or to an alternative dispute resolution body, and may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform.
